July Flight of the Month: Wild at Heart

July in Salt Lake City is the mountains at their most magnificent, and this flight honors that landscape. Four red wines from four places defined by dramatic terrain and the relentless ambition of the people who farm them. The high plains of Castile, the mountain villages of Bierzo, the windswept volcanic ridges of the Willamette, the altitude-baked peaks above Mendoza. None of these wines were easy to make. All of them are extraordinary to drink. “Wild at Heart” is TTR’s love letter to the places where nature and winemaker push each other to their limits.
