What began in 1810 as a royal wedding celebration for Crown Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese has evolved into the world's largest folk festival. While the name suggests that this festival happens in October, true aficionados know that this legendary Bavarian celebration actually runs primarily through September and concludes in early October, in order to take advantage of warmer weather.
We're celebrating this tradition in Tasting Room style - with four exceptional German wines that showcase the country's remarkable diversity far beyond beer. From the slate slopes of the Mosel to the rolling hills of Württemberg, this flight celebrates the Germanic approach to winemaking: precision, terroir expression, and unadulterated character.
