April 22 is Earth Day. This session celebrates winemakers who've chosen a harder path: organic farming, biodynamic practices, and minimal intervention winemaking. These aren't compromise wines—they're proof that sustainability and excellence aren't mutually exclusive.
From Alsace's legendary Trimbach family to California's natural wine innovators, you'll taste wines that are as thoughtfully made as they are delicious. We even included an orange wine (yes, orange—made from white grapes with extended skin contact) because Earth-conscious winemaking often means embracing ancient, unconventional techniques.
